Application to be submitted addressing the Higher Authority of Assam Bhawan or General Administration Department. Applications to be made atleast 7 days prior to the date of stay. Atleast 1 day processing time required.
Photo ID, Address Proof
Medical Referral Certificate by Director Health Service would require, in case people of Assam applying for medical purpose.
Payment to be made to the concerned authorities of respective Houses/ Bhawans at the rate fixed by time to time.
